First, let me say that this was packaged in a great way. Other vendors should learn from Monster Digital in this arena.The drive worked as promised. It installed easy and cloning software works as it should.The UBS 3.0 adaptor was a little shaky. During the first clone attempt I touched the drive and the adaptor came loose and resulted in several read errors. I repeated the process, making sure not to jar the drive, and the system worked as it should have.The drive itself is no faster than the SanDisk Extreme 120 Gb drive I was replacing. The Crystal Disk Mark results were nearly identical, in the low to mid 200s. I installed on an i7 with 8GB of memory laptop.In essence, if you need the cloning software and adaptor, then this is one viable way to go. If you are doing fresh install, it would be cheaper to purchase something like the SanDisk Extreme or perhaps the Samsung 840.

I'm going to make this short and sweet.-- Excellent Quality Packing and Design-- Makes your computer 15X faster For Example: Before I had my SSD installed it took 13 seconds for InDesign (Program on Mac) to open. After I installed the SSD it took 4 seconds to open. I was shocked with this change and thats why I am writing this review. You cant go wrong with this product. A must buy. Recommend to everyone who is interested in a Solid State Drive.Swerve.

Let me just start saying that this drive has to be the most well packaged box out there. There was no defects on the box, the packaging was on point and wow even the shrink wrapping seemed professional. PNY, Kingston, and all those other companies should remove themselves from the market because Monster Digital is TAKING OVER! On a more serious note-- the drive takes a new step into the solid state world. I installed this on my Mac and it ran 10 times faster. Its like putting steroids in my computer! Swerve.
