Product did not work on my mini 9 will go back see what the problem is re-rate. Product came open package but no physical flaws... hate having to break board to make it fit.....already cut. Waiting on adapter so I can at least test the drive.Update: (11-2012) Got the drive to work on another tablet a motion computing tab at that and it was flawless(well almost) might be a Dell mini thing... talked to a few friends I guess it is hit or miss when it comes to updating the drives in the dell mini. Adapter is no longer available so I couldn't run the tests I wanted to out of box. If anyone gets this to work in mini please let me know only error I'm getting is that it doesn't detect the drive is even there once installed...The price is good would be nice to have this in my mini 9. If anyone finds another adapter for it send me the link please and thank you ahead of time.

Installed without a hitch. Had to be careful in breaking off the extra tab so as not to bend the main board area. My Dell Mini 9 immediately recognized the SSD on boot up. Reinstallation of software had no problems. I recommend this as replacement for the original STEC SSD in the Mini 9. Works like a charm.

At first I have negative reviews from the purchase of the SSD card, mainly because I tried to install it myself with no success. After I sent the laptop, to a computer professional to install the SSD card and the remaining drivers on my netbook, my computer has functioning better and with more occupant space to download additional programs to my liking.
