I bought this SSD for the price and size, but did not really research it before buying. I put it into a late 2008 Black Macbook. The performance is great and lives up to the claims. However the design and construction is clearly cheap as far as materials go. The most frustrating part was installing only to find that the screw holes are larger than the common design used in nearly all notebook hard drives.
