By Steven E. Collins
So it turns out all this is is two 25GB SATA II SSDs with a cheap SATA controller, preconfigured as a software RAID 0.If you have no idea what I just said, then this still might be a fine product for you. It's certainly fast, and it's easy to set up, especially if you're running Windows. If you do understand what I said, though, then you'll understand that if you already have a perfectly good SATA controller and are comfortable setting up your own RAID, you could just buy two fast SATA II SSDs yourself at a potentially MUCH lower cost per gigabyte. For example for just slightly more money you could get two of these: OCZ Technology 60 GB Vertex 2 Series SATA II 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive (SSD) OCZSSD22VTXE60G and have 120GB instead of 50GB. Which, more or less, is what I'm going to do once I return this.

By Sumero Kolcako
i will purchase this soon, giventhat this is about speed , one canupgrade their cpu, one can upgrade theirmemory or one can purchase a pci ssd.pci ssd is certainly worth the extraprice tag given that the money wouldhave to be wasted on something else anywayif it was not spent on the pci ssd.i highly recommend pci ssds, even if it is2x the price of a regular ssd.
