I also received this product and it is not a Deneva 2 C Series SATA III the product numbers were not the same as advertised.

Product is not a Deneva 2 C Serier

I received this product and it is not a Deneva 2 C Series SATA III but really old Deneva SATA II drive and have returned the item. It is an old outdated product from OCZ. I spoke to their technical team who confirmed that is not a SATA III drive but an old SATA II product that they no longer have ! I have notified Digitalet regarding this in numerous emails and they ignored me and keep this FALSE item posted. Beware of what you are getting.
