This card is fast. Not just compared to a standard hard drive, but to a SATA SSD as well. I tested it in a Mac with some 3rd party drivers and was quite happy with the performance.The particular unit I purchased was a "warehouse deal" and it was DOA. only 115GB of the 230GB was active. OCZ RMAed the unit promptly and replaced it within a week with an upgraded model.If you have a PC (or Mac with proper hacking) and want to DRAMATICALLY improve boot times or application launch times I think this would be a great card.
