I have the product 3 days after i purchased, though i am in foreign country.Nicely packed, It came with necessary USB and casing for use as external drive, though my aim is to replace the internal 80GB for my Dell Latitude D430. unpacked, swap and performed fresh Windows 7 XP install without hitting any issue.Windows 7 is faster but not fast as initially expected, program startup could be easily 30% - 40% faster. Compare to my Apple Macbook with SSD, still slow, however,i am happy.On thing though, installed my old HD with the casing and cable, plugged in and unable to use it, keep giving me I-O error. Havent got a clue what went wrong yet.

I bought this product to replace the hard drive of my Sony Vaio P31 (80 GB). The OS starts more quickly. The laptop is less sensible to shocks that can occur in a library for example and it does not make any noise more and the capacity of the SSD is bigger (128 GB). The installation is not too hard after seeing a video of demonstration. I made a Ghost to transfer the content of the hard drive without problem. I don't regret my purchase. It's exactly what I desired.

I added this RunCore 128GB Pro IV to my Sony veio vgn-ux490n. I took out the 40GB solid state drive and replaced it with this one.
